Hair Caught In Wringer

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Jan. 14. A young woman had half her hair pulled out when it caught in a wringer while she was doing the washing today. Mrs Kerry Cushla Bettany, of Boyland road, Titirangi, Auckland, was caught in the bottom roller of the wringer and was dragged down to a position where she could not reach to stop it. She was admitted to Middlemore Hospital where her condition tonight was satisfactory.
