Not Sure Of Title
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 13. Sir Frank Kitts, the Mayor of Wellington, arrived back in Wellington from the United States today. But he still is not sure what to call himself “Frank” or “Francis." He said he would decide when he went to work tomorrow. “I think I would like to see what the feeling is,” he said. Of the knighthood he said: “I don’t think it matters very much how I feel about it. I feel that the honour has been conferred on Wellington rather than on me.”
