U.K. Rejects Russian Note (N .Z .P .A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Jan. 12. Britain will reject a Soviet message strongly attacking United States policies on Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, officials said. The message was sent last Thursday to Britain as cochairman with the Soviet Union of the 1954 Geneva Conference on Indo-China.

A British Foreign Office spokesman said: “We hope that its production and : ‘s publication do not fore-shad-ow any Soviet reluctance to pursue more constructive exchanges. The Soviet message accused the United States of planning to spread the Vietnam war into Laos and Cambodia.
