The New York Stock Market continued its new year’s advance yesterday, with the three leading averages reach- ' ing all-tjime highs in he?vy ! trading. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 1.44 points to 986.85: the Dow Jones rails average gained 2.69 points to [252.73; and Standard and Poor’s 500-stock average imi proved 0.08 points to 93.41.
