Watches Worth £1126 Stolen

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Jan. 12.

A selection of wristlet watches worth £1126 were stolen from the window of Godart’s jewellery shop in Auckland this morning. The thieves used a brick to smash the shop window, first at the front and later at the side, so they were able to reach all of the 14 watches on display.
