Honour For Menzies

Hastings Council has conferred the honourary freedom of the borough on Sir Robert Menzies, Prime Minister of Australia, who was appointed Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports in succession to Sir Winston Churchill. Sir Robert Menzies is expected to be installed as Lord Warden this (northern) summer.
