AID FOR V.CONG
Decision In Havana (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright I HAVANA, January 12. A sub-committee of the tri-continental revolutionary conference meeting in Havana has approved a resolution creating an international committee to aid the National Liberation Front (Viet Cong) in its war against the United States and the South Vietnamese. The resolution is expected to be presented to conference delegates from Asia, Africa and Latin America for approval today. Details of the agreement are not available, but it is expected to call for “material and moral aid” from Left-wing Socialist and Communist parties and organisations in the three continents.
