Anti-American Riots Recalled

Some Panamar ian students dragged a United States flag through a street today and burned it on the second anniversary of anti-American riots in Panama City in 1964. Some 200 students and professors, shouting anti-Ameri-can slogans, marched to the cemetery, where they laid wreaths on the graves of riot victims, closely watched by police
