“Frosty-Faced.”—The death of the lipstick, the powder puff and finger-tip typvS of make-up is forecast in London. The trend now is to paint on a face, even to shading in the bones and changing the features. Women are being told their face is their canvas and they are using hetereal pink, white and silver paints to do the job. The idea is to look “frosty-faced.”
