ADULT CEREBRAL PALSY SOCIETY

Cheque For £270 Received The Timaru Main Old Girls Association has given the sum of £270 to the Adult Cerebral Palsy Society for its ' funds. A cheque for this amount was handed to the president of the society (Mr T. Griffiths) by the secretary of the association (Mrs M. E Barwick) at the society’s recent annual meeting. The money was raised at a street stall in Cathedral square earlier this year. Officers were elected as follows:—Patron. Mr G. Manning: president, Mr M. A Connelly, MT_; vice-president Mrs S. Curry: secretary. Mrs ' C G. Crawford: committee Mesdames T. Miles, W. A Pickford, R. Smith, and E. B Gibson. Misses Betty Webb and B. Morrison, Messrs Ji. E Kirk, MT, H. J. Walker. MT, E. T. Denver, and T. Griffiths.
