Antarctic Chess

The Russians and Americans are at present engaged in a chess match in Antarctica. According to information received at the United States Navy Antarctic headquarters at Harewood, the match is a combined effort involving the Navy, scientists and' engineers stationed at McMurdo and at the Russian base, Vostok.
