PENNANT FOR MR E. J. C. HAY

Police Training School Parade

A pennant with his name on it, the commemorative pennant of the sixteenth recruit wing of the Police Training School at Trentham, was presented to Mr E. J. C. Hay on Wednesday when he went to Trentham to address the passing-out parade of the wing and present prizes ga ‘" ed by the ' recruits. The wing was named after hun on his retirement from the Police Force last December. Mr Hay was formerly superintendent of police in Christchurch, and is now secretary of the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society.
