ARMY EDUCATION OFFICER
Visit To New Zealand The chief education officer of the British Army in the Far East (Lieutenant-Colonel F. K. Hughes) will arrive in New Zealand on a liaison tour today. He will be in New Zealand until June 7, calling on Army authorities, correspondence schools, the Education Department, and -schools in the Wellington province. As chief education officer in the Far East Colonel Hughes is in charge of education for soldiers and their children in that theatre. While in New Zealand ne will address parents whose children may attend British Army schools in Malaya or Singapore.
