Manslaughter Of Wife

TOURS (France). May 16 Patrice Michelin, a member of the famous French tyre-manufacturing family, was found guilty of the manslaughter of his wife, Nicole, by a Court in Tours, central France, yesterday, and fined 2000 new francs (about £150).
The case was heard on April 24. but the verdict was announced only yesterday Last autumn. Mrs Michelin was shot while she was hunting with her husband in the woods behind their chateau near Tours. Michelin said that he tripped and that the gun went off accidentally, killing his wife.
