(N Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 15 Lord Radcliffe, one of Britain's leading legal authorities, has been appointed chairman of the committee of inquiry which is to investigate security* proceedures in the civil service, it was announced today. A statement from Admiralty House, the Prime Minister’s headquarters, said Lord Radcliffe had accepted Mr Macmillan's invitation to take the chairmanship.
