Benaud, said this morning that he would lead the Australian team against Cambridge University in the match starting on Wednesday; but it was not certain that he would bowl. Benaud said that he would have a further medical check before he left for Cambridge tomorrow evening. “My shoulder is improving, but I will see what the doctor says. If I do bowl it will only be a few overs as a trial. I will not attempt any extended spell at this stage The team to play Cambridge University is, in batting order: —■ C. Mcdonald, W Lawry. N.
