Hockey INDIANS TO PLAY AT ENGLISH PARK

English Park, headquarters of soccer in Christchurch, will be made available to the Canterbury Men’s Hockey Association by the Canterbury Football Association for the match between the Indian hockey team and Canterbury on June 17. This was confirmed by the president of the football association (Mr J. Smith), last night. Mr Smith added that several soccer matches that day would have early starts so the players could see the Indians in action.
