Take-Over Report Denied
(N 2 Pres* Association) WELLINGTON, May 14. A privately circulated report that "there was every possibility of a merger in the near future between NZ. Forest Products, Ltd., and United Empire Box Company, Ltd.” has been denied by Mr J. N. C. Doig. chairman of United Empire There was no truth in the report whatsoever. Mr Doig said. There had been no negotiations between the two companies.
