AMBULANCE CADETS
Five Divisions Compete
Teams from five St. John Ambulance Brigade divisions attended the Canterbury and West Coast district annual first-aid competitions in Christchurch at the weekend. The divisions represented were Christchurch, Cust, Ashburton, Geraldine, and Timaru. The competitions were under the direction of the district cadet officers, Mr J. R. Begg and Mrs G. M. Barton. Results were: Championship events.—J. B Pye individual ambulance cadet championship cup, J. E Drewery 1, R. T. Wilson 2. P. L. Leigh 3; Individual nursing championship cup. Miss R. K. S.
