THE “AEROMOBILE” DEMONSTRATED.—A novel car, built by Dr. W. R. Bertelson, of Illinois, being demonstrated at the Tokyo International Trade Fair. The car weighs a little more than a ton, and travels on an air cushion about 12in off the ground. Powered by a 200 h.p. engine, it is capable of travelling at 60 miles an hour. The machine carries an automatic pilot, which makes necessary adjustments when cross winds are met.
