Establishment Of Milk Schemes IN.Z. Preus Association) WELLINGTON, May 12. India's thanks to New Zealand for its help in establishing milk schemes throughout the country was conveyed in Parliament Buildings yesterday by India’s deputy Minister of Agriculture (Mr M V. Khrishnappa*. He said that six years ago there was only one milk treatment plant in Bombay but by the end of this year there would be 33. “This is because of the valuable assistance given byNew Zealand and other countributors to the Colombo Plan.” Mr Khrishnappa is spending 10 days in New Zealand in the course of a round-the-world trip getting informainvesting public in raising this loan, particularly as it was not underwritten.” The loan will close about mid-June.
