Sheonat is expected to extend her good record on the Makaraka track in the Te Hapara Handicap, the first leg of the T.A.B. double on the opening day of the Poverty Bay Turf Club's meeting tomorrow. Sheonat has been racing well, but unluckily, in stronger company, and should hold this field. After his good third at Hastings. Roving Bov. Raydeen 3.45 p.m—Second Matawhero Novice Stakes.—Silver Tax, Myrrh. Star Countess. 3.30 p.m —Publicans' Purse Hack Handicap: Waitaria. Gogotha. Lord Louis. 4.15 p.m—Kalti Haek Handicap: Determined, Royal Ransom. Red Forest.
