Rare Fish Caught
A big-eyed cardinal fish, only the fourth caught in the world, was taken from 300 fathoms last week off Cape Palliser by Mr T. Basile in the Island Bay fishing launch San Liberatore. It has been | identified by the ichthyologist iof the Dominion Museum (Mr J. Moreland).—(P.A.)
