Rugby TOUR BY ENGLAND
Short Visit In 1963

WELLINGTON. May 8 England will make a fivematch Rugby tour of New Zealand in 1963, according to private advice received by the chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union Council <Mr C. S. Hogg). Mr Hogg negotiated for such a tour during his recent visit to the United Kingdom and France.
This will give New Zealand Rugby an unusually busy time for the next three years. This winter. France will tour, next year New Zealand will tour Australia and Australia will tour here, and in 1963 England will tour New Zealand and New Zealand will, send a team for a major tour of the British Isles and France.
