Ranfurly Shield Match.— The Rugby match between Auckland and Wellington at Auckland on September 9 will be a Ranfurly Shield fixture, it was said at a meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Football Union executive last week. The proposed match King Country versus North Otago on August 30 has been removed from the list of fixtures for the season. —(P.A.)
