PRODUCTIVITY FACTOR

Amendment Made To Regulations

(NZ Press AssoctoMon) WELLINGTON. May 4. Last Monday the Minister of Labour (Mr Shand) announced that the Government was amending the Economic Stabilisation Regulations to include productivity as one of the factors which the Arbitration Court is to take into account when making any general wage order. Regulations giving effect to Mr Shand’s announcement are gazetted tonight.
