Maori Jury Claim Withdrawn
(N.Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 5. Notice of abandonment of his intention to apply for a Maori jury in the pending trial of Roy Roimata Rau on a charge of murder was today filed by the defence counsel. Mr P. A. Williams, with the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland.
