Not Guilty Of Arson

tN.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 4. Lajor Lakatos, aged 40, a storeman, was found not guilty by a jury in the Supreme Court at Wellington, today, on a charge of arson He was discharged by Mr Justice McGregor. It was alleged that Lakatos, a Hungarian, wilfully set fire to a house he occupied in Mortimer terrace. Wellington, with the intention of making an insurance claim. Mr W. R. Birks appeared for the Crown and Mr L. G Rose, with him Mr I. A Borrin, for Lakatos.
