<N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 4. Mr R W Edgley, a Christchurch barrister and solicitor, has been appointed chairman of the Motor Spirits Licensing Authority He succeeds Mr S. H Johnson, now High Commissioner for New Zealand in Australia Mr Edgley is a life member of Victoria University Students Association. of which he was president from 1937 to 1939 He was awarded; a New Zealand University! blue for boxing and a Victoria cricket blue, and was! a winner of the Joynt scroll; for debating. j
