WAIMAIRI ROAD LINK
Planning Body’s Support Any representations by the Walmairl County Council for a road linking Waimalri and Ham roads would have the support of the Christchurch Regional Planning Authority, the authority agreed yesterday. The Canterbury Education Board, the Christchurch Drainage Board, and the Christchurch Transport Board were concerned that there was no satisfactory link between the two roads, the executive reported. A link road was necessary for the efficient carrying out of the service* and programmes of those boards in the district
