TELEVISION SET ASSEMBLY

Factory Site At Sockbum A television assembly centre employing a staff of about 100 is to be built on the south-west side of Symes road. Sockburn, close to the southern end of the railway overbridge. Approval for the use of this site has been given to the Dominion Radio Electric Corporation, Ltd., by the Paparua County Council. The assembly building will be set well back from the road, with provision for gardens at the front.
