Attitudes In S. Africa (NiJPA.-Reuter) JOHANNESBURG. The ignorance of white South Africans about the African workers in their factories and homes is an absolute disgrace, Mr P. It is the black man who is thus forced to make the adjustment in the relationship with his employer.

“The urban African has Journeyed far along the road to evolution but he is still pulled by the tribal gods.” Mr Becker described this as the dualism in the African outlook.
