Study Of Cattle Industry <NZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON. May 1. Mr Leonard Chang, chief liaison officer of mountain resources development with the Joint Commission on Rural Reconstruction in Formosa, is at present visiting New Zealand. He is studying pasture development and livestock industry, and left Wellington tonight for an extensive tour of both North and South Islands in the next four weeks. Mr Chang has completed a similar mission in Australia and, on his return to Formosa, hopes to apply modern pasture technioues to improving the cattle industry.
