LINCOLN MAN FOR BRITAIN
Scientist To Study At Cambridge Mt N. Moore, a scientist with the botany division of, the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research at Lincoln, left New Zealand last week for Britain where he will spend the next two years studying at the botany school of Cambridge University under Professor H. Godwin, a world famous authority on quarternary re-1 search* Mr Moore’s time at Cam- 1 bridge will be taken during leave of absence from Lin-i coin to enable him to study for his doctorate of philoso-' phy. At Lincoln he special-! ises in quaternary research (the tracing of changes in the climate of the past by studying fossil pollens).
