South Brighton May Sell Debentures “The administrative committee is thinking of offering debentures to help finish the hall and pay off the debts we hove incurred during its bunding," Mr W. O’Brien, president of the South Brighton Communitv Centre, told the annual meeting last The centre is at present owing about £l6OO and needs about £3300 to complete the building. "Those persons who have been approached to buy debentures are very interested oven those who do not live in the district," said Mr O'Brien. The meeting recommended to the administrative committee that it explore the opportunities for issuing £6 debentures.
