Art Unions
Sir.—lt appears that the art union is to be increased, and not before time. If this does come to pass, it is to be hoped that the number of tickets sold will be restricted —from 1 to 100,000. not like the present one—no beginning and no ending of numbers. By doing so three or four could be drawn for the cost of one in tickets as at present.—Yours, etc., J. ARMSTRONG. April 27, 1961.
