The resignation of the medical superintendent (Mr F S Gregory) from that position, to become effective in June, was accepted with regret at the monthly meeting of the Buller Hospital Board this week It was intimated that Mr Gregory intends to return to the United Kingdom whence he came a little more than 10 years ago to take up his appointment at WestnorL

The chairman (Mr J Watson) and other members of the board paid tributes to Mr Gregory’s work for the hospital.
