MR W. R. CAMPBELL (above) was re-elected chairman of the Christchurch Metropolitan Fire Board on Monday evening. He was also appointed the board’s representative on the Urban Fire Authorities’ Association and on the Fire Authorities’ Employers’ Union. Mr Campbell and Messrs W. E. Olds, R. J. Daly and H. J. Reynolds were appointed the executive.
