FAR EASTERN AIR FORCE
Briefing Team To Visit N.Z. (N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 26. A briefing team from the Far East Air Force in Singapore will arrive at Wellington airport in an R.A.F. Hastings on Friday on a fiveday visit to New Zealand. The team will hold discussions with Royal New Zealand Air Force headquarters on the new roles of the Far Eastern Air Force, which includes two R.N.Z.A.F. squadrons, after the end of the Malayan emergency. The team will be led by Group Captain J. Barraclouf, group captain in charge of operations in F.E.A.F. headquarters. The other members are Group Captain E. V. Stokes. Colonel G. G. L. Hinde. Wing Commander H. C. D. Biasberry, and Squadron Leaders R. M. Jenkins and G. Bates. Visits will be made to the R.N.Z.A.F. stations. Ohakea and Whenuapai, before the team leaves for similar discussions with the R.A.A.F. in Australia on Thursday.
