MOTOR-CYCLIST INJURED

Run Over After Collision After a head-on collision with a car on a bend a motor-cyclist was run over by a companion who was following on a motor-cycle. He is Charlie Harvey, of 278 Barbadoes street, who suffered a compound fracture of the leg. The accident occurred on the Summit road on the bend near Castle rock, above Horotane Valley. Mr Harvey was taken to the Christchurch Hospital by a St John ambulance. He underwent an operation last evening.
