No Funds For Dr. Adams.— The ler) rejected a proposal to make a payment out of public funds to Dr. John Bodkin Adams who was recently found not guilty of murdering an elderly woman' patient. Mr Butler said it was not the practice to make such payments out of public funds unless there had been misconduct or negligence by the police or other public officials.—London, May 4.
