Permission to burn may be granted in late winter and spring and is subject to the following conditions: 1. Applications to bum to be lodged in the Waitaki Soil Conservation Committee’s Office in Kurow, by end of June, 1957. 2. Land Occupiers must advise their neighbours of the date and place they intend to burn before any fires are lit. 3. All precautions must be taken to ensure that fires do not get out of hand, but remain confined to the area for which authority to burn has been granted. 4.
