POST OFFICE TRANSFERS
Mr W. C. Reid, who is at present chief postmaster at Westport, has been promoted to be postmaster at Timaru to replace Mr G. D. White, who retired at the end of March. Mr L. G. Park, postmaster at Waiau, has been transferred to Akaroa as postmaster there. Mr A. E. Davis has been transferred from Akaroa to Port Chalmers.
