Cost Of Houses
Sir, —In answer to “E.F.” on the cost of houses, I would draw attention to the fact that many old worm-eaten houses are valued many hundreds above their real value while many sound houses are valued many hundreds below. There is in some cases no comparision between two houses sometimes side by side.—Yours, etc.,
