This report, he said in a prepared statement, was approved by the council last December, and it was now a question of seeing what further steps remained to be taken In reply to a question. Lord Ismay said that no military advisers would attend the May session of the council. Lord Ismay said that his offer to mediate in the Cyprus dispute was still open. “I am ready at any time the Governments concerned agree to accept my offer, although, so far, I have not had this agreement.” he said.
