KILLED CROSSING ROAD

Woman Struck By Tram (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 1. An elderly widow was killed when she was struck by a tram in Adelaide road. Newtown, at 4.35 p.m. today. She was Mrs Emma Tolley, aged 68, of Adelaide road, Newtown. Mrs Tolley was crossing the road when she was struck by the tram, which was travelling towards the city.
