Spreydon House Passed In
A three-bedroomed house at 38 Bolton avenue, Spreydon, was passed in at auction yesterday when bidding ended at £3550 Bidding began at £3250, and rose to the final figure in three further bids of £lOO.
The bungalow, thought to be about 30 years old, has a large lounge, breakfast-room, and a storeroom. It is on a section of 26.5 perches.
