Night Milk Delivery

Sir,—l quite agree with “Why Bother to Pasteurise” about night milk deliveries but I think the most amazing part is the wonderful cows they breed these days. They can give you Tuesday’s milk on Monday afternoon, which makes you wonder how old the milk is. I was always under the impression that the Health Department stipulated that food or drink had to be correctly labelled. —Yours, etc., GAYPURST ROAD. May 1. 1957.
