Papal Honour For Prince Rainier
(Rec. 11.10 p.m.) ROME, April 30 A Papal order yesterday conferred the Golden Spur on Prince Rainier of Monaco, Vatican sources said- ~ . . . The honour, the second highest ranking of Papal orders, has for its insignia a golden chain decorated in enamels to be hung round the neck. Other present holders of the order are the Shah of Persia, the President of Italy, and the West German Chancellor, Dr. Adenauer.
