Street Lighting
Sjr,—Would it be possible to replace the ordinary lamps at street corners with tinted ones, like the amber fog lamps, to help motorists at night? This is especially Necessary on our badly-lit suburbs, and on our foggy winter nights. I feel this might help to eliminate many crossroad accidents and relieve the strain of night driving.— Yours, etc., GRANDMA, PAPANUI. April 29, 1957.
